Mr. Boresi concentrates his practice in the litigation of business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Additionally, he has extensive experience in litigating medical and products liability matters in numerous jurisdictions.

Mr. Boresi is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried to verdict multiple cases involving business and commercial disputes. Most recently, he defended a minerals company in a multi-million dollar international arbitration, succeeding in receiving an award in his client’s favor and in recovering all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the client.

Mr. Boresi has defended numerous claims against health care providers and acted as national counsel for manufacturers in cases involving firearms and ammunition as well as pharmacy benefits management companies. He has defended numerous medical instrument and drug manufacturers, as well as toxic tort litigation. Additionally, Mr. Boresi does regulatory and licensing work, appearing before the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission. Over the course of his career, he has tried at least 30 cases to verdict in both state and federal court across the United States.

Mr. Boresi is a 1979 graduate of St. Louis University where he earned an undergraduate degree in political science and a 1983 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law. He has devoted his practice for the past 25 years nearly exclusively to dispute resolution in complex and multi-party litigation matters.
